Bag filters

Bag filters are dust extraction devices, which separate solid particles from polluted air or gas by dry methods and can be applied in all sectors of industrial production.

Types of Bag filters
  • Bag EFV Ventilation Filters: Intended for separating solid particles from the flow of gas when ventilating silos and when extracting small volumes of gas
  • EFR Cartridge Filters: Mainly used to separate dust from small volumes of extracted gas
  • Explosive Dust Filtration: Intended for explosive dust, such as coal and wood dust, dust produced during the processing of sugar, grain, plastic, etc…
  • On-Line bag EFP Filters: Mostly used in cement works, lime kilns or in quarries
  • Off-Line bag EFP Filters: Mainly used to filter large volumes of gas, very light, fine dust, everywhere long-term, and uninterrupted operation is required

FILTER CONTROL: Microprocessor and PLC controls are mainly used.

Electrostatic precipitators

Supply dry horizontal electric chamber-type precipitators (hereinafter the ESP) of its own design under commercial name EKF, EKG, EKH, EKK, EKO, EMO.

ESP is a device for separating solid pollutants from waste gases of various technological industrial processes before these gases are released into the air or used for further industrial processing.

Types of ESP
  • Compact (EKO): Intended for separating solid particles from small sources of dust pollutants
  • Module (EMO): Intended for separating solid particles from medium sources of dust pollutants
  • EKF, EKG, EKH and EKK: For medium and large sources of dust pollutants.
Applications

For cleaning of waste industrial gases produced by the following sectors:

  • Heat and electricity generation
  • Incineration of coal and biomass
  • Incineration of communal and industrial waste
  • Incineration of liquid fuels
  • Production of building materials, magnesite and shale
  • Production of ferric metals and pigments
  • Glass, chemical and paper industries
Modernization
